Dimapur, Oct. 13 (EMN): Along with the rest of the world, Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA) under Home department celebrated the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction on October 13 in Kohima. A brief formal programme was held at the ‘Heritage,’ wherein the deputy commissioner of Kohima and chairman of District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Shanavas C, addressed the gathering, while the NSDMA secretary, Lhouchalie Viya, delivered the inaugural address.
