Among a myriad of stellar performances on the Thursday, Sept. 7 program at Running Aces was that of four-year-old pacing mare Lucky Lil Lady who turned in a sharp gate-to-wire triumph in the $17,600 distaff Open Handicap.
The featured event on the Sunday, Sept. 3 card of harness racing at Running Aces was the $17,600 Open Handicap trot, which went to post with a field of seven.
The top-level pacing mares were in the spotlight at Running Aces on Thursday night (Aug. 31) in the $17,600 Open Handicap which drew a field of nine talented distaffers.
One sharp and lucky player was able to solve the 20-cent Pick-5 Jackpot sequence on Tuesday night (Aug. 29) at Running Aces to collect a hefty payout of $17,669.40.
The claiming races do not produce story headlines on a regular basis at most harness racing tracks, but one of the top performances of the night on Sunday, Aug. 27 at Running Aces came in such a contest.
