Tyler Adams, 51, was arrested in in Newport Beach, California and is set to be extradited this week to Hawaii, where he has been wanted since escaping state custody in 2019.
A fugitive criminal who called himself a "master of disguise" and who is suspected of the death of his girlfriend has been arrested after a four-year manhunt.
The remains of new mom, Racquel Sabean, 40, a former Navy veteran from San Diego was discovered in Tijuana, Mexico in May. The victim s boyfriend -Tyler Adams, 50, aka Paul Phillips remains at large.
