• Rose Beranek, Cedar Rapids, made an initial appearance Dec. 3 on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. Bond is set at $2000. A hearing is scheduled for Dec. 10.
• Stephanie Webber was granted a continuance on a driving while barred charge from Dec. 2019. Webber pled not guilty in September. A case management conference is scheduled for Jan. 1, 2021.
• Amber Dawn Leahy, Cedar Rapids, was granted a continuance on three counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription drugs and failure to affix drug stamp charges. A case management case has been reset to Dec. 17. A trial is reset to Feb. 1, 2021.
