It was chaos we know it was actually happening. Chaos when montana wept into a river running through tonight oakland this morning. It was just like water everywhere. Its a mess. Huge mess frichlt a water main break at 7 30 am and nothing new around here apparently. This is the third time in the worst. Last was december of 2014 resident tell us. Time before that he is bay mud still not certain. We respond 1,000 main break each year so remembering one main break is difficult. East bay mud says the broken main was made of cast iron 100 years old. Its the kind they replace at the rate of 10 miles per year with thousands of miles to go.
