You can see where that dark pickup truck underneath the safeway sign has been there for eight hours now when the chase came to an end here on Stevens Creek boulevard. We understand this is the first officerinvolved shooting of the year. Evidence markers and San Jose Police vehicles surrounded the suspects dark pickup truck.
