In the 1992 Christmas movie, Kevin McAllister (
Culkin) makes his way through the Plaza Hotel lobby looking for the exit. He then goes up to
Trump who gives him directions to the front door.
If you didn’t know,
Trump purchased the Plaza Hotel in 1988 before selling it in 1995.

Macaulay Culkin has voiced his support for removing President Donald Trump’s cameo from the 1992 movie “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.”
In the holiday film, Trump appears in the Plaza Hotel which the real estate mogul owned at the time to give young Kevin McAllister (Culkin) directions to the lobby.
A fan of the “Home Alone” sequel said on Twitter she’d like to start a “Petition to digitally replace trump in ‘home alone 2’ with 40-year-old macaulay culkin.”
