ANTIGO, WI (WSAU) â An Antigo man is facing charges of first-degree attempted homicide and stalking resulting in bodily harm after police say he ran his ex girlfriend down with his truck after an argument.
Kevin Malvick, 53, became upset with the woman after she went to dinner with her family instead of him. Officers say the argument escalated to the point where she wanted to leave the house. As she was driving to a nearby convivence store for cigarettes.
Malvick is said to have followed her with his pickup, then ramming her vehicle and pushing it about 20 feet.
He later saw the woman walking in an ally. Officers say thatâs when he drove up to her and hit her. She was able to get away to a nearby library where she found another couple who took her into their truck for protection.
