At around 7 p.m., officers attended Lighthouse Park after park-users had stumbled across personal items, including camera equipment, located at the top of a cliff area, near the shoreline.

‘L’ driver ticketed, 3 hospitalized after stunt driving attempt in BC causes $50K in damage An attempt to show off for his friends did not turn out the way a Lower Mainland man had hoped. Instead, it turned out in a trip to hospital for him and his two passengers, a $368 fine for driving without due care and $50,000 in damage to a pair of vehicles, the West Vancouver Police Department says. It happened on Cypress Bowl Road around 3 pm on Wednesday. Officers arrived on scene and, through investigation, determined that the 20-year-old driver of a 2018 BMW 440i sedan had been travelling westbound on Cypress Bowl Road.
