We begin with tornados and another round of potentially dangerous weather threatening the Southern Plains today. There are reports of 27 tornados touching down in texas and oklahoma on tuesday. Tornado watches are posted there this morning. Large hail and damaging winds are also possible. Look at that. Due west of north worth, one and possibly two tornados hit the texas town of Mineral Wells last night. The storm ripped siding from buildings, downed trees, knocked out power, and damaged two nearby churches. Several streets are impassable, but there are no reports of injury. Id seen it start to drive, i seen the tail touch down things flew up in the air. It look like it picked up and headed a little bit east. After months of prodding transportation secretary anthony foxx said takata finally gave in, agreeing to this recordsetting recall. The national Highway Traffic Safety Administration believes that moisture from humidity leaks into the airbags inflater, changing the properties of the chemical used to inflate the bags. When this happens the explosive force can rupture the metal casing sending shrapnel flying through the vehicle. Why this is happening officially is still not clear. Yesterday. A man who is the secretary general of fifa blatters chief of staff, his right hand man. It was reported this man, not indicted that the point, not accused of wrong doing. It was revealed in 2008 he transferred roughly 10 million to an account of another fifa official. This particular official by the name of jack warner who was indicted last week other. According to the indictment, it is believed warner was instrumental in making sure south africa landed the games. Again, at this point, the chief of staff not indicted not accused of wrong doing. A lot of folks inside fifa and who watched the organization closely are surmising says this is what caused blatter to step down.
