At least one NBA mock draft says so.
According to Bleacher Report, the 6-foot-11 Mamukelashvili is projected as the No. 46 pick in this year’s NBA Draft to the Knicks.
“With versatility from the center position trending in today’s NBA, Mamukelashvili could sway a team with his unique passing skills and three-point range,” Bleacher Report’s Jonathan Wasserman wrote.
“What stands out is it’s his senior year and he will be of course declaring for the draft, and so every single game is important for him, how he shows himself, how he handles his game and his team, and how he evolves,” his aunt, Eteri Andjaparidze, told NJ Advance Media. “And from year-to-year he has been evolving very nice and developing.”
