Or threaten anyone. But tonight fox5s Miguel Martinez valle spoke to a family who says that gun was meant to harm them. I really thought that i could get hurt, she could have shot me right after my sister Allexis Smith says she was sitting in class when another student started asking about her twin sister. So i was just like why, i didnt wanna ask her any information but the questions really turned alarming when the 14yearold flashed allexis her gun. A tenyearold boy is dead after falling from a north las vegas. The incident took place last night by owens and civic center. Police are not sure if the driver of that van is related to the child who died. But he is cooperating with police who say drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors. Police are still investigating how exactly the child fell from the van. And call this a sad reminder for parents. This, this is a very tragic accident, but at the same time a good reminder for this city and for parents to just be aware of where your children are at all times.
