The United Way of the Mark Twain Area celebrated the accomplishments of the past year at its annual meeting at the Rialto Banquet Hall in Hannibal Thursday.
HANNIBAL — About 100 people from businesses, local nonprofit organizations and the community gathered at the Rialto Banquet Hall Thursday afternoon for the United Way of the Mark Area’s annual
