CCTV footage of Burnett moving waste A MAN has been fined for failing to provide evidence that he had permission to dispose of household waste - after numerous bin bags were dumped near a primary school. Aaron Burnett appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with two charges relating to the dumping of household waste. They were brought after a number of bin bags that were left on land near Horton Park Primary in April 2019. He pleaded guilty to depositing, without an environmental permit, controlled / extractive waste in / on land and failing to produce controlled waste transfer documentation to Bradford Council.
