Cops in Atlantic City say six men and a woman were arrested earlier this week after people complained about drug deals happening in their neighborhood.
A press release from the Atlantic City Police Department says on Tuesday, officers with the Special Investigations Section and the SWAT Team executed a search warrant in the 100 block of South Ocean Avenue. The investigation began after area residents spoke-up about, the possession and distribution of narcotics from a residence on the block.
During the search warrant, detectives arrested six men and one woman. More than eight grams of cocaine, 20 bags of heroin, 48 grams of marijuana, suboxone pills, and paraphernalia used to distribute drugs were seized.
