Patients at Winnipeg health-care facilities can now fill out a survey and, in certain cases, their issues could be resolved before they've even left the building.
A patient died in the emergency room at St. Boniface Hospital. The patient passed away after waiting about five hours in the emergency department early Friday morning, according to a statement from the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
