Management consulting firm McKinsey & Company is still actively recruiting for candidates amid the coronavirus pandemic and major economic downturn.
Business Insider spoke with Danielle Bozarth, senior partner and the lead partner for North America recruitment at McKinsey, who said that the firm is still looking candidates with a set of problem-solving and team-building skills.
But the company has made some changes to its recruitment process.
The firm is hiring virtually, looking for more experienced candidates, and focusing on diversity and inclusion.
The odds of getting hired at McKinsey are less than 1%.
