Since the Lincoln Ridge facility opened in Keokuk about 20 years ago, the county has been a partner in the facility that houses people with low incomes and/or disabilities.
Earlier this year, the Great River Progressive Housing Corp. said it was not going to be managing the property after this year. Ryanne Wood, the countyâs community services administrator, told the Lee County Supervisors at its last meeting of the year on Dec. 22, that she has found a manager for the property.
The Supervisors approved Keokuk Housing Authority to become the property manager at the site. The KHA will take management duties on Jan. 1 and the contract goes through June 30, 2022.
