The Kentucky Harness Association (KHA) is asking for the harness racing industry to show its support for the Historical Horse Racing in the Bluegrass State. The time is now to help our efforts by contacting your representatives in the Kentucky legislature and urging them to pass SB 120, said KHA President Bob Brady in a statement on Thursday (Feb. 4).
