Image via Pixy Police are warning car owners to mind their possessions after wave of thefts targeting vehicles in the Swanley area was reported. Kent Police, investigating the incidents that targeted valuables left behind by car users inside their vehicles, said a number of such offences had occurred in recent days in West Kent villages. The latest happened yesterday (Wednesday, February 24) in Swanley, when bank cards were said to have been taken from a vehicle parked in Beech Avenue according to a police statement. Other instances reported this month included locking wheel nuts being stolen from a car overnight that was parked on Paddock Close, in South Darenth (February 18), and the breaking in and searching of a parked car on London Road, West Kingsdown (February 16).

A MAN HAS been charged after a suspicious package was sent to a coronavirus vaccine production site.
All staff had to be evacuated from the Wockhardt site in Wrexham, North Wales, on Wednesday as the package was investigated.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said Anthony Collins, of Chatham Hill, Chatham, had been charged with dispatching an article by post with the intention of inducing the belief it is likely to explode or ignite.
Natalia Zgodka, 16, was last seen in Gravesend at around 1am on January 18. She is described as being around five feet, two inches tall, slim build and has long black hair which she usually wears up in a bun. Kent Police say she has a rose tattooed near her wrist on her left arm. We are appealing for information into the whereabouts of a missing teenager from #Gravesend.
