The union wants a 6% increase in salaries for 2024-25 and 4.75% increase for 2025-26, with no freeze in health benefits. The district says it is offering 3% salary hikes in each of the next three years, but there are conditions.
Both projects focus on restoring the landscape closer to the way nature made it as the best way to address a number of problems while also enhancing and expanding habitat.
The one-year contract, which is retroactive to July 1, calls for a $2.75 per hour raise for members of the Kentfield Education Support Professionals Association.
