New this mong, firefighters investigating an overnight garage fire in pleasanton that happened at 3 15 this morning on matteson court. Neighbors told our crew on the scene a tesla and chevy bolt both burned in the fire but it does not appear that theres significant damage to the house and no word on the cause of the fire. Mountains just be patient everybody is in on some decent totals. The wind advisory starts at noon for the severe Winter Weather advisory but it is mainly rain into late tonight. Over four inches are certainly in the forecast. We have steady relight rain and when the first system moves through it will drop off but the front comes tonight and the rainfall will pick up. And does not matter if you are northeast or west everybody near the coast everybody is a in on the system. This is the best system by far this season. We have not had anything like this since june. Mendocino and lake county will be included. The burn areas, if they get too much rain too fast too soon it will produce some issues even though the ground will suck up a lot of this last week the ground got enough moisture. The stage is being set for a rainy day. Bonkers. There is the second cell going through. Came out of eastern Contra Costa County, oakley, antioch, brentwood and Discovery Bay and moved into mount diablo, bay point, walnut creek. That is the second cell moving through there is the first. That fella part once it got past concord and walnut creek. This will be likewise as well. Starting off with cool air. But the cone shows from walnut creek to berkeley. Berkeley would be more of a rain. Multiple cells are going bonkers in the north bay. From calistoga to southern end of lake county, middle town and Hidden Valley lake, santa rosa, windsor, now heading down to the Russian River, occidental and bodega bay and even more from the east. Up to calistoga as well. Look at that over san rafael. That is big time. Over to sebastopol and Russian River, forest villas well. Thats not the only one. You can see a little towards middleton here. Off the Oakland Hills there are some good gusts as well. A lot of 70s with humidity going down. There have been some gust between 3540 of the north and northeast. 70s for some. 50s for others. El cerrito, 74. Lafayette, 70. Very warm to start. Some cool readings to the north. San jose, 61. We will have High Pressure giving us above average temperatures today. Mill valley, 70.
