A warrant has been issued for the Kenosha man accused of shooting another man multiple times outside an apartment complex on the city s north side last month.
The pair had apparently been “trying to fight the currents” in Lake Michigan, which led to their exhaustion while in the water, Kenosha police Sgt. Jeff Galley said.
