During a committee of the whole meeting early Tuesday morning, Kenora council heard from city staff about a possible second round of COVID-19 economic recovery.
As a COVID-19 response effort, the new plan would build off recovery measures approved in July of last year, including big spend events, main street markets, and free parking downtown, all of which are meant to keep money flowing and support local businesses through tougher economic times. Many of the projects are made possible through partnerships between the city and the Ke
