25-home development planned for City of Dickson
A 25-home development focused on first-time homebuyers is planned in the City of Dickson and will also include three larger tracts for future residential construction.
The homes would be about 1,200 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, constructed at the corner of Eno Road and Highway 48 on “small lots with affordable prices for most of our community,” said developer David Ford, of JDF Properties. The land values and the home values have increased so much in the last few years, that s hard for first-time homebuyers to afford those products here in this community,” Ford said.
