Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway Anime Feature Film Theatrical Blu-ray Rescheduled

© Sunrise / SOTSU It was revealed as part of an event in November 2018 that several new Gundam projects are coming up as part of the focus on the Universal Century timeline. One of those was the Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash feature film, which is being done as a movie trilogy that’s based on the 1989 novel trilogy from Yoshiyuki Tomino. With most of the delays behind it due to the pandemic, the film was previously set with a May 21st, 2021 release date in Japan for its theatrical run after seeing various delays. The home video release is getting done at the same time and has seen itself delayed as well. With the film now set for a June 11th, 2021 theatrical release, the home video release has also had its release date updated to the same.
