For nearly three months, the Scott Eicke Warming Center at Bartle Hall has provided a place for people experiencing homelessness to get out of the cold at night, meals, showers, and other services. Next week it is set to close.Kenneth Mobley, 57, has been a guest since the center started at the Garrison Community center. “I’m running through a rough spot right now in my life,” said Mobley. When the pandemic hit, he lost his job. Without unemployment support, he relied on his savings.
