The improvements that they are seeking looking for the complex include an elevator for people with disabilities, security cameras, paved parking and sidewalks, and energy efficient windows, doors, heating, and cooling.
"The problem isn’t the town manager, or the last one for that matter. The problem is the town council. We are so divided and people… they care more about themselves than they do about the town," Councilman Joe Merritt said.
