Kenneth Leroy ‘Kenny’ Brown
WILMINGTON Kenneth Leroy “Kenny” Brown, 72, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at his home with his family. He made his sunrise on Dec. 16, 1948. Kenny was born to his mother, Victoria Brown, and raised by his aunt and uncle, Jennie and Orlando Brown.
Kenny attended Scotch Plains public schools and graduated from Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School. He then attended Lincoln Tech Institute, where he received his diploma as a master mechanic.
Kenny was an avid fisherman and hunter, his “first love” was his Grady White Boat, Miss Pearl. He was known to be in the woods way before sunrise, already looking for that elusive 8-point buck. He was also in love with racing, spending many Sunday afternoons at Raceway Park in Englishtown, New Jersey. He practically loved the muscle cars. Later in life, he became a lover of technology, developing a collection of gadgets. Kenny was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He touched many lives. He
