I have worked in the area for many years and i think it was dylan said how to neighborhood is changing and the shocking comparison of this building to i think its called the lumina down at the head of dolores street with whats happening along the street is so stark and startling that i did have one comment. I dont think it said anything about the gable of the features. I believe with you the character defining in general includes exterior elevations. If you call out as many as the other items. The first one which talked about the massing just saying its a three 3 Story Building with a mezanine its what you notice first. Its definitely a piece that should be called out. Mr. Highland . I just want to say this is exactly the type of building and story that we want to Carry Forward into future.
