Two people accused of luring a 16-year-old boy to a West Jordan recreation center under the guise of joining their gang, and then killing him, were charged Tuesday with murder.
A 16-year-old West Jordan boy was shot and killed on Christmas Eve after police say he was lured to a park under the guise of joining a gang. Two people have been arrested.
