Police say the alleged shooter, had a longterm dispute with town officials about his property. Authorities say the shooting happened shortly before 7 30 p. M. Monday during a monthly municipal meeting in ross township, a Rural Community in northeastern pennsylvania. The alleged gunman who held a long time grudge against officials walked into the bu
