She told police she just wanted to end her mothers suffering. Prosecutors disagree. Dave schratwieser broke the story tonight and joins us live from north philadelphia. Dave. 74yearold mary was in the nursing home hyped me with dementia and osteoporosis. She had several times broken bones. Her daughter is charged with attempted murder for injecting her with insulin even though she wasnt a diabetic. Her lawyer says, this isnt about crime. Its about compassion. Its every grown child worst nightmare. Watching an elderly parent suffering from an illness in a hospital or nursing home.
