Cal Poly has hired Laurel Abernethy as their new diving coach. She comes from the MPSF's highest-scoring diving program, BYU, where she was a volunteer.
PROVO, Utah BYU divers Mickey Strauss and Alexia Jackson were each awarded the 2023 MPSF Diver of the Year award, while Brad Prolo was given the 2023 MPSF Swimmer of the Year award. In addition, dive coach Tyce Routson was given 2023 MPSF Diving Coach of the Year award for both men's and women's dive.
CSU's Lindsay Gizzi placed third on the 3-meter springboard with a personal-best score of 322.20 on the opening day of the Air Force Diving Invitational.
