this? this bill cuts spending on something we never should have been spending money on. you be dieing the exports of american jobs by giving multinational corporations lower taxes to the extent they invest overseas. stop spend to go subsidize the export of american jobs. neil: it also really relies on paying for these jobs, what everyone approximate says is creating on cuts in food stamps that don t take attack take effect for a few years. i cannot imagine you or our colleagues agreeing for those cuts. they re not so much cuts as they are we had in the stimulus bill, some increases in the eligibility for food stamps that should be focused on the period of the recession. because the goal was to get more people money at a time when we were in a recession. by 2014, we should be out of this recession. it makes sense to focus on spending money when people are desperate and when the economy desperately needs it than to increase food stamps in 2014 beyond where they were i
