Commerce: Elevated duties on Asian tires remain Print WASHINGTON The U.S. Commerce Department has affirmed the imposition of elevated antidumping duties on consumer tires from South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, albeit with a few revisions to the preliminary duties issued earlier.
