St. Joseph County Police searching for suspect in surveillance photo
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. St. Joseph County Police are asking for the public s help identifying a man pictured in surveillance photos in connection with a fraud investigation.
The investigation involves credit card fraud from the Speedway by Brick Road and the US 20 bypass in South Bend.
