We look at marylands most powerful radar as of now and well we can see some of this still a light band rolling in across the bay as of now. And beck see it right we can see it right around copeland and buck neck landing and also the beach. Were also seeing some light rain around cecil county this morning and we could see it around leslie, northeast. Moderate rain and steadier around around pines edge and rain around pines edge and lombard. This is sliding up north and east around pennsylvania. Take it easy on the roadways this morning and then well start to see things looking up a bit. As we look at the flood warnings we have a Coastal Flood Advisory you can see it for the areas here shaded in the blue color, for the creeks and streams theyre dealing with a flood warning. If youre traveling in Baltimore County we have flooding reported up in cockeysville on western run road and also here in windsor mill thats going to be right on dogwood road at ridge road. Avoid in area if you do this area if you do travel the region. Heading out to Howard County, this is what interstate 70 looks like at columbia pike. Traffic is moving right along you wont have any problems letting over to 695 or wedding west out to heading west out to frederick. As far as 951 concerned, heres a live look at 175. Traffic is starting to pick up but no delays as you make the push from elkridge to downtown baltimore. Just 12 minutes. We are just 32 degrees so setting the stage to a light wintry mix event to start i think particularly if you are out to the west here over the next couple of hours and by late morning, early afternoon, well probably get some of that in washington. We are not expecting a lot of moisture. This will not be a major storm for us. However, temperatures recently have been on the cold side. And some of this moisture that falls into the region here in the form of snow, maybe sleet, maybe a little freezing rain could cause some issues for the evening commute. I think your morning commute will be fine but that evening commute could be challenging in some spots. It will arrive late morning early afternoon here locally.
