The Brisbane race car driver, 38, said he was disappointed by a Supreme Court ruling that rejected his argument for one family foundation, an intention laid out in his late father Ken Talbot s will. The court instead ruled two foundations would have to be established because of infighting between Mr Talbot s widow, Amanda Talbot, and his four children.
