Chicago Rockford International Airport signs agreement with German airport Unmute ROCKFORD (WREX) Chicago Rockford International Airport is teaming up with another airport to improve its cargo business. The airport signed an Airport Cooperation Agreement with Cologne Bonn Airport in Germany. As part of the agreement, both airports will look to attract more cargo airlines and get rid of challenges on the ground. The airports will help current cargo customers by looking at processes and procedures with the goal of making handling more efficient and shortening delivery times. Cologne Bonn is an airport that is very similar to the Chicago Rockford Airport, says Chicago Rockford International Airport Director of Cargo Ken Ryan.
