The federal government is investing $23 million in a 103-unit multi-level housing complex now nearing completion at 135 Station Street in Belleville to help ease the city’s housing crisis.
The funds will be flowed through an insured loan by Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to complete the six-storey Magnolia Garden Residence under construction by local developers KGF Capital Realty.
