To fight climate change and the California's housing affordability crisis, Gov. Newsom signed a bill that will bar cities from setting minimum parking requirements near transit stops.

California Landmark Group purchased Woodland Plaza Office Park at 21241-21243 Ventura Blvd. It has a total of 105,000 square feet and stands on 4 acres of land.
The transaction was an all-cash deal.
California Landmark Group founder Ken Kahan said his company plans to upgrade the property. “Woodland Plaza is an ideal opportunity for us to reposition and provide a best-in-class option for users in this submarket.”
Other recent office purchases in the Woodland Hills market include the May 2020 trade of the 41,058-square-foot former home of Weider Health and Fitness at 21100 Erwin St. for $12.8 million. That one sold for about $311 a square foot, significantly above the recent deal.
