Reporter thats right we spoke to several witnesses. There is still a lot of Police Activity here as well as onlookers. At this point the man shot by Napa City Police officers have not yet been removed. Police say the incident started around 6 20 this evening in front of the home depot store. Witnesses say the man was brandishing a knife. A homeless man who stays in the area tells me that man walked over to a parking lot across the street. The man was saying things that didnt make sense, waving around a knife that was about a foot long and then police arrived. And for the police in this vicinity, he is saying hey, you find me, you find me. He was nice just like this. And then when he put his hand like this, they would time it out. They said that subject was acting as if you were high or crazy. Officers were dispatched to the scene. They found the subject was walking across the street to the north.
