We have seen investigators tonight focused on the area. There are officers from both the vulayho Police Department and the District Attorneys Office out here. Just this started before 6 00 p. M. Investigators confirming police were called out for a report of a man wielding a knife at this shopping center. Police tell us when they got here the suspect was still armed with a knife. They say there was a verbal exchange before at least one officer opened fire. The suspect was taken to a local hospital for treatment. No word yet on how many times he was shot or whether he is expected to survive. Police also would not confirm for us how many officers were involved at the shooting but said that none of the

The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame’s Executive Committee has approved changes regarding the institution’s Historic Review and Steeplechase Review committees based on feedback received from the committee chairs and members. Beginning this year, the Historic Review Committee will start an annual rotation to examine a specific era of American racing history. Only candidates from within the designated era will be considered for Hall of Fame induction during that year’s review process. SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame will open a new exhibition, Hot Dog! The Harry M. Stevens Concessions Experience, in the Link Gallery on Jan. 10, 2024. The exhibit focuses predominantly on Harry M. Stevens concessions at racetracks in the first half of the twentieth century and features historic photographs, drawings, dinnerware, advertising, and a painting.
