When you do surveys or polling, expertise and how questions are asked can heavily influence its accuracy. That's how I look at the newly released results of Vermont's Household Health Insurance Survey, something we have been conducting every three years or so since 2005. My House Health Care Committee heard a presentation on the new numbers this past week.
