YOUTH Development and National Service Minister Fitzgerald Hinds on Sunday praised the performance of the 25 young people who participated in the virtual 18th National Youth Parliament on January 11. The youth parliamentarians debated a private motion entitled “Implementation of New Strategies for Bridging the Digital Divide in TT.
