the remaining votes. steve harrigan reporting live from atlanta. reporter: shepherd, the fight is still going on here in georgia. the tone is getting sharp, indeed. brian kemp, the republican s team, is saying abe bram s failure to conceit is a to democracy. to force those counties to accept provisional ballots which were rejected for what they say are arbitrary reasons. as it stand now, kemp has about a 59,000 vote lead. he has got 50.3% of the vote. if that were to dip below 50 percent, that would mean a runoff vote on december 4th. how many votes are still out there uncounted. the kemp side says 17,000, mathematically impossible for the democrat to win.
