Jenny Smith, who teaches history at Pool Academy, will be taking part in the Virtual MoonWalk on May 15 for Walk the Walk breast cancer charity. In the past the event has taken place in London but due to the pandemic it has now become a virtual event. This means people across the country will be able to take part from their local area. The distances covered in the challenge can range from six and half miles all the way through to 52.4 miles, depending on how far those taking part feel they could go.
