What you are finding is all of this traffic is backed up getting right into interchange 10 and this is what the problem really is right here, we can show you with sky rider 7 once you get off the 10 you have an option to take to the northbound side, you can get onto the outer roadway, it is just the inner roadway that is closed down but that is where that inner roadway merges in right here and it is causing nightmare traffic. Identified as Vester Flanagan opened fire killing alison and adam and wounding vicky gardner. Its senseless that her life and adams life were taken by a crazy person with a gun. Reporter police say flanagan purchased the gun legally days after the recent churches killings in charleston. He sent abc news a lengthy fax in which he listed grievance, discrimination. I am not going to rest until i see something get done here.
