Bushmills unveils new whiskey to celebrate link with Louisville The new Bushmills American Oak Cask Finish.
Brothers Paul and Kevin McLaughlin of Kelvin Cooperage.
BUSHMILLS has unveiled a new whiskey inspired by its long-running relationship with Louisville and legendary barrel maker Kelvin Cooperage.
Formed on the banks of the River Kelvin in Glasgow in 1963, the barrel maker relocated to Louisville, Kentucky 30 years ago to take advantage of the city’s proximity to bourbon country and to secure a steady supply of American oak for barrel production.
Bushmills, which has worked with the company for more than three decades, has now utilised that American oak for its latest offering.
